Need help to push new package to client

Hi,

I am new bee in DSM. I have install DSM 7.3(2016.1) in my LAB environment. I have successfully created/install OS software SET.

Now I want to test Package. but test package which i have created still showing in noncompliance after restarting ecore service. DSM etray show something is syncing.

I have checked NIlogs there is no error information

Test package just contain message box and nothing else. :mad:
