Problem with DSM

Hello,

I have a problem with the software in DSM

I must install software to work, but it remains pending update, when I click on run now, a loading bar loads in State and then nothing.

The user can view the software on DSM, but installation didn’t ran when I selects “Execute now”.

We need to run.
